In North America, we signed new contracts with customers such as, Air Canada, Air Wisconsin and Envoy, and in Europe and Asia we look forward to continuing to work with all of our existing customers and partners.

We have also added key players to our team. We hired new department heads and key managers across our network in 2017;

Over the past 12 months, we’ve been diligently working to improve our processes to remain the world’s best aircraft painting company. As our team embraces six sigma and lean manufacturing philosophies, our customers directly receive the benefit from our improved services and reduced turn times. Another added value to our customers is that together, the company offers 13 state-of-the-art painting, graphics and interiors facilities around the globe. We now have significantly more locations and the best scheduling flexibility in the industry.

With a renewed vision, IAC is improving our services and stepping into new lines of business including aircraft interiors and larger graphic capabilities, creating a new and exciting venture for our team.

Over the last 6 months, we’ve invested in our network of facilities by adding Singapore and Lake City, Florida to our portfolio. Our team is already evaluating new locations, hangars and facilities for continued expansion efforts in 2018.

As we dial in our operations and expand our international footprint, IAC truly will continue to be a company to watch in the aviation industry. I’m honored to be leading IAC into this New Year and excited to be working with our great team. I want to sincerely thank each of you for joining IAC on our journey to become the world’s best aircraft painting company.

We thank you for your commitment to IAC and appreciate the relationships that we hold with each of you. We look forward to a successful 2018!
